Republic Day Celebrations: Sita Soren Murmu Hoists National Flag at METAS Adventist Institutions
Jama: On the occasion of Republic Day 2025, former MLA and BJP leader Mrs. Sita Soren Murmu hoisted the national flag at METAS Adventist Instruction (College-School, Hospital) in Jama, Jharkhand.
During her address, Mrs. Murmu highlighted the importance of the Indian Constitution and remembered the sacrifices of the freedom fighters. Every citizen must take responsibility for the nation’s progress and ensure equal rights for all.”
She emphasized unity and harmony, urging citizens to contribute to the country’s growth. Mrs. Murmu also reiterated her commitment to the development of Jharkhand and social justice.
The event featured cultural programs and a parade organized by the students of the school and nursing college. The performances included patriotic songs, traditional dances, and inspiring speeches.
The ceremony concluded with the singing of the national song, ‘Vande Mataram,’ as everyone present expressed their respect and devotion to the country.
